THE FOOD BARN ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders are to be placed 3 working days in advance. Excluding Public holidays. Working hours are between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Last order date is on 20th December 2019 before 5:00 pm.
Self-Collection only at FOOD BARN GLX: Between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
We deliver from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm daily. (Excluding Public Holidays)
Qualify for Delivery: Spend a minimum of $60 in one order.
$30 delivery charge is applicable for orders less than $200
Free Delivery: Spend a minimum of $200 in one order.
*Surcharge(s) applies to orders that qualify for free delivery.
Surcharge(s): $15 location fee will apply for delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard and Jurong Port.
Charges for re-delivery applies.
Prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment can be made via credit card in advance or company cheque upon delivery.
For payment via credit cards, full payment upon confirmation of order is required.
Not valid for any further discounts including tenant passes and vouchers.
No refunds, cancellation or changes are allowed for confirmed orders once full order amount has been billed.
Our food items are presented on disposable packaging. Prices exclude set-ups and decorative items.
We endeavour to get your food to you on time. Delivery times are usually within the 1-hour time slot you have selected. Please allow an additional grace period of 45 minutes after your preferred delivery time slot for unforeseen weather and traffic conditions. While we endeavour to fulfil all deliveries, Food Barn shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Charges for re-delivery applies.
